Qualifying items may be returned for store credit within 15 calendar days of when your order has shipped. We only offer store credit in the form of an e-gift card for returns. We do not issue refunds to the original method of payment.
- Returns will be issued in the form of a e-gift card that never expires (store credit must be used in its entirety)
- The store credit/e-gift card does not go towards shipping charges. It is only valid on products.
- We must receive your return within 15 calendar days of your order date to be eligible for a credit/e-gift card. Packing slip must be included in your return.
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
- If items are sent back past the return policy period, the customer is responsible for the return postage.
- Shipping charges are not refundable

Items that qualify for a return:
- Unwashed, unworn, unaltered
- Items must be returned with all original tags attached
- Free of pet hair, makeup stains, tanning solutions
- Free of perfume, body odor, cigarette odor
- Free of rips, stains or holes
- Returned within 15 calendar day period
- Any item that is not in the final sale description below

All items purchased on sale with a discount code of 20% off or more during a sitewide sale are final sale. No returns or store credit. No exceptions.
If you wish to exchange your item for another color or size, you must return your unwanted item back to us along with a copy of your packing slip. After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will issue a store credit via E-Gift card. You may then place an order for the desired color or size, using your store credit.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
When you place an order with us, please note that the liability is between you and USPS. We do not make any exceptions to this policy. Once a package is scanned and delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do, however, have a few recommendations to assist in tracking your package.
- Confirm the shipping address you entered is correct. Be sure to include apartment number, suite number, unit number etc.
- Visit or contact your local USPS office with tracking information on hand to request assistance in locating your package or to gain knowledge of where your package may have been dropped off to.
- Check in with your neighbors to see if your package may have been delivered to them.
Do you offer return labels?
We do not currently offer return labels but hope to as we grow in the future!
Can I make a return past the 15 day period for store credit?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns past the 15 day return policy for store credit. If items are returned past this period the customer will be required to pay an $8 shipping charge to have the items sent back, or they will have the option to donate the items.
How will I receive my store credit?
Upon receiving your qualifying return along with the packing slip, you should expect an emailed e-gift card within 3-5 business days of the delivery of your return. Store credit is automatically calculated to reflect any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase.

Here at Luxe Label Miami, we stand behind our products and inspect each item when it arrives at our warehouse and inspect each item prior to shipping to you to ensure you are completely satisfied.
All defective merchandise must be reported within 7 days of receiving. Merchandise that has been washed cannot be accepted for store credit.
